Though the economy will likely grow in November and December of 2011, these professionals also say that it is possible that next year will be even better. However, some say that there will be improvement, but not the full recovery that many are still hoping for.

The Baltimore job market is likely to add thousands of positions. The state saw an improvement of about 22,000 jobs from January of 2011 through November. However, according to some professional reports, including Moody's Analytics, the improvement in jobs in 2012 will be about 7,000 for the year. That may not be what everyone is looking for. Other studies predict numbers as high as 27,000 jobs added state-wide.
